He introduced himself as a Three mobile phone, and tried to offer me 30% discounts on my bills, because I am such a good customer. But first he asked me to give him some details, such as: how much was my last bill. Hanged up straight away.

Tried to call back. Won't accept incoming calls. That means it could be a call-centre. That means it could be a scam. That means I've definitely blocked it!
