Claimed to be from carphone warehouse

Received a call yesterday, stated calling from Lifestyle habits, stated I resided at a previous address and requested me to confirm my age banding, 30-40, 40-50, 50-60, I stated would not provide any information and requested to be removed from their dialler, the guys stated very rudely no you can answer the questions you will only be a couple of minutes, I requested again, no remove from your dialler please the guy stated no then terminated the call, some form of phishing exercise do not respond.

Called and said he was from Lifestyle Habits. He knew my name and had an address I haven’t lived at for years. I told him that and he asked me for my correct postcode. I said I’m not comfortable giving that to you, I don’t know who you are - he said “I told you, I’m calling from Lifestyle Habits” (really rudely), and I said yes I know you’ve said that but I don’t know who that is, I’ve never heard of them! He still wanted my postcode and “40secs of my time” despite being really rude. Asked for my number to be taken off their list - doubt it will make a difference!!

They said they were from Lifestyle Habit, but when I googled the company nothing appeared so I hung up.

DO NOT pick up calls from this number. Scam callers who will add you to an auto generated spam list and harass you.

Knew my maiden name, when I said they had the wrong name they hung up...so professional!

Number not recognised when called back!

Had 7 missed calls one after the other. Put the phone down when I eventually answered

They knew my name so be careful
