This is actually EE “marketing", I rang them about it before and now I have a new phone they are ringing again. They do this to identify who is using the number through voice recognition. Big brother is defo watching, and also listening, people need to wake up and smell the sweaty gov overreach!
this is the NHS call back service 111. Safe
Does seem to be a legit third party used by EE for sales after searching the number on the EE website. However they called me four times in the space of a minute when I kept declining. Not going to answer to any company that harass calls like that. Blocked.
This number called today 24/05/23 approx. 10am Left no voicemail. So whoever it is doesn't want to leave recorded evidence behind! Only telemarketers do this.
SCAMMERS CAN USE THIS NUMBER 01942901140 ALL TO SCAM YOU ..... FOR A CHEAPER DEAL .... WHY IS IT ON PAY-AS-YOU-GO ........ WHY ........ NEVER GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS OVER THE PHONE ...... NEVER ..... NEVER TO A SCAMMER
As this number has been constantly annoying people since January 2021 I am amazed that the technological wizards that look after our interests haven't been stopped
Received a call earlier today, said they could give me a better deal, I was concerned when they started asking personal questions that I thought not relevant then asked me to give details so they could take first payment by direct debit, I have never been asked to do this before when speaking to EE , so declined, unfortunately not before giving address as said they would send a card to get my deal cheaper in the future
Claims to be EE, presumably scam. However I got an automated message from EE asking me to rate the customer service interaction I just had the next day, so possibly legit.
Woke me up at 10am, called me every single file day this week.
I also got a class, they are probably spam.
I got 6 call in2 minutes… I didn’t answer so just blocked …

They called and said she was from Amazon and that I purchased an iPhone for £700, and if this was not me they will need details to refund me. SPAM...
Keeps trying to contact me. Blasted nuisance.
This number been calling me 6 times this week, never answered it case it’s a scam.
They’re from EE, literally only call about upgrading your package etc, they keep calling me, I’ve had 7 missed calls in 3 days, and just called me now, I declined the call. They called me five months ago and would not give up on insisting I would be better off paying more.
Said they were EE.. total crap. Scam offering "more for less".
I think it’s a scam. They called me and asked for my date of birth and address to change my pay as you go to a £15 deal with more data from EE. They said they will call me back so that I don’t have to listen to the ‘on hold music’ when I called back a guy called Ian called and said that my credit check didn’t go to though. So I asked him why are you doing a credit check for an upgrade on my SIM card! Please be careful! I’m going to report these scammers!
I have seen about 6 missed calls from 01942901140. I dont know who is calling me.
Said they were from EE checking on rewards and contract. I am PAYG. They didn't have the correct info so I terminated the call
Caller stated they are an EE partner and tells you where to look on EE website to confirm. Yes, number is listed on EE website partner page but when I asked why someone other than EE was calling me he claimed he was from EE.
I keep on getting calls from this number, pretending to be an EE customer service assistant. I have never applied to them, since I own only a PAYG sim.
I don't answer as it's an unknown number but it's calling me at least twice a day every day now.
Calls at least twice a week. I never answer.
