Another nuisance phone call! I don't answer calls that I don't recognise anymore so from their point of view it was entirely wasted. Plus, I am able to block them anytime after the event, which is handy. I wish there was some way we could charge them for their unwanted calls, turn the tables, as it were. Something like a hundred pounds per second, the same way they do to those unsuspecting unfortunates they manage to ensnare.

Domestic & General follow-up feedback call after cancelling a plan. They leave an answerphone message if you don't answer, telling you no further action is needed. Hopefully they won't call back.
