BT Local Business. Not actually BT just a franchise for their business sales department. Will use scare tactics to lock you in to a long term contract, do not use them, go elsewhere. Like to give themselves titles like "exchange manager" and "line technician", I doubt they know one end of a phone line from the other.
BT Sales, will call your business using scare tactics (there is work being done that will stop your phone system working etc.) when it is just regarding the ISDN switch off in 2027 and trying to sell you a new phone system. Very persistent and annoying.
