Compliance365 contacted me twice, claiming different housing associations had asked them to do an EPC on my flat. Checked with the landlord and they use a totally different company! So they didn't have my name, couldn't nake up their mind on who my landlord was and isn't even used by my actual landlord!... total SCAM !
Called to arrange an EPC survey on behalf of my landlord. Landlord confirmed this was correct
Message received suppose to be on behalf of local authorities Sunderland.
