I have opted out of sales calls using TPS, This landline called my landine but left no message. If as others have said, it is a sales related call, it is an unprofessional company or a scammer.

Missed call from 01920519485, no message left on voicemail. Checked online, possible Energy/ Insulation scam based in Ware UK. This number is operated by IP Voice Networks Ltd and is primarily associated with an energy scam activity. While its dialling code associates it with Ware, England, it utilises VoIP technology. As a result, the actual location of the caller cannot be determined. Initially flagged by #Hiya. Blocked & reported to #ShouldIAnswer #WhoCalls & #WhoCalledMe

John called my local energy advisor - he's in Ware I'm in Cornwall!!!! Is that Local??? Sounded like a robot - when asked if he was a real person or a recording he said he was reading from a script - he couldn't deviate from that

Mark called (sounded recoded) said he was an NHS Energy advisor and that my loft insulation had come up on their database as being out of date... put the phone down.. another scam..!!

Caller said his name was Luke and he was our LOCAL energy adviser. Phone code (which may have been spoofed) indicated he was calling from Ware which is about 100 miles away. Not my idea of local. Had similar calls in the past all from scammers.
