Female Asian rang called me by my surname saying I was eligible for a medical alert alert to wear round my neck. I asked her to confirm my full name and why she had rang and she hung up.

Silent call... Abandoned when I answered. Ofcom have rules on this. They're a pain in the arse...
I received a call today at 13.23, I live in the London area so it looks like they are spreading their network. I didn’t answer the phone as the number wasn’t listed as one of my contacts. I regularly check all unrecognised numbers and I found the above comments, I just wanted to let people know they are expanding their call network and unlikely to give up.
Woman in call centre offering free accident/medical alarms. Had my name but was claaing business number. Said I wasnt interested and hung up.
Rude Asian man, Cyrus, calling about a medical alert device. Asked for me by name then laughed. I shouted at him and said I was reporting his call but he hung up. Sick of the damn scammers!😠
Caller addressed me by a false name I had given to a previous cold-caller some time ago. He told me about a medical alarm which would call assistance if I needed it. He asked for my age and date of birth. Fortunately I was able do a quick calculation to ensure the age and d-o-b I gave matched. He then wanted to know if I took any drugs, At that I asked why he needed to know this. He said so that the special call-out team would know my medical history. I asked the name of the company and he said Accidental Alarms. I asked for the business address at which point he wished me a good day and terminated the call.
Male voice on the answering machine saying 'Hello' a number of times, but he obviously hadn't come into the call in time to realise it was an answering machine. The he said 'Club ? Travel - are you there?' and hung up. I could hear call centre noise in the background but couldn't make out the middle word of their name. Whoever they are, they shouldn't be ringing TPS registered numbers!
