very similar to the call I have got today: from ee, offering 30% discount on the bill. I did not waste too much time once I was asked for some security information about the account.

said she was from ee and as i was such a loyal customer they were going to offer me a 30% discount on my monthly bill so she just needed my details.i pointed out that if she was from ee she would already have all my details.i then told her she was talking rubbish and that my phone was PAYG and i paid just £5 a month and she hung up....number blocked!!!

Spoke with them for 50 min. Said 02 the sim i had was being blocked and a new sim sending out All seemed genuine as this has happened before I am still not confident as my internet was affected I tried to call it back but was outgoing calls only as cut off straight away. All my 02 app is fine Would not give them the code to access my account
