got a call today from a guy claiming to be from esm asking if my husband was here (i'm divorced) as he had been in an accident and he needed to talk to him. I told him to remove my number from his system and hung up. Another scam i'm afraid

Very rude Scouse man, calling about a road collision I had, when I questioned him about where he had got the information from became rude, patronising and aggressive !! Although I got put through to a manager who apologised I feel this isn't good enough especially as there are lots of vulnerable people out there!!

He has just been onto me too. Very offensive. Said I'd threatening and spoke in an offensive way and he had recorded the call. I told him I was in a cafe and I was quiet. He then was quite rude so I put the phone down.
