Unsure about this call, didn’t feel right. Wanted my details without giving a reason for ASDA online to call. Then said it was because I hadn’t shopped online this year - which is untrue.
one more call this morning.. which i missed again, thankfully
2 calls so far. 1st was missed, 2nd I answered but got no response.
I had the exact same call and was very unsure too!!
calling from Asda Ferring, wanted to know my experience with online shopping, in store shopping. was there anything they could do to improve their service and would i still be shopping with them in the future. im unsure if its legitimate or scam/fraud as its a bit weird for a superstore to call out of the blue
