This is the Cumberland Building Society. I had a call yesterday from them. I let it go to voicemail, and they left no message. However, I then had an e-mail follow-up (almost immediately) to say that they'd called to re-arrange a telephone appointment. I called them back on this number (which was the same as the number of the e-mail) and we re-arranged the appointment. They are genuine.
