Phoned my mobile on 2 separate numbers Pretending to be calling from 02 I told him 02 don't phone about sim cards and I was recording this call he hung up
Someone pretended to be from Tesco Mobile. When I said I don’t need a mobile, they hung up straight away.
Caller spoken in Punjabi. No idea who and why they rang. Felt like a scam. Cut them off straight away. Number now blocked.
It was very odd, it came up as suspected spam, but I answered and said hello, and a robotic voice just kept repeating "Thank you for calling, Thank you for calling", very strange.
My mobile picked this up as `suspected spam`, I answered it and said `Hello`, the female computery voice on the other end said `Goodbye` but the call was not ended. I`ve blocked the number just to be on the safe side, so I wouldn`t call them back.
