It’s a phone upgrade scam - if you follow through they will sign you up for a few contract with Vodafone and then mail the phone to themselves. You end up with the contract, they get the phone and resell it. Tell them where to stick it and hang up.

Said it was Vodafone calling to upgrade me but I upgraded my phone about 4 weeks ago and they sounded very sheepish when I said this to them so I think it was a scam.
