This is a GENUINE number. Have had very recent dealings with getting covid records sorted out. The person I spoke to advised me that as they were unable to resolve on that call (we have complicated circumstances) he would have to refer it up and that I would get a callback from Resolution Service.. told me to write down the number.. it was this number.
This is the NHS VDRS. Check the NHS website, it tells you the number they'll call from.
nhs says this number is the Vaccine Data Resolution Service
The initial call was not expected and not accepted . I cheched the number using 1471 to ascertain who the caller was . I received a further call from the "Resolution Centre" and it was explained that their call to me followed that my previous concern reported on 119 that my booster Jab was not showing on my NHS app. This had been resolved by NHS prior to receiving the call . I was NOT asked for any personal detail but caution has to be exercised
Asked for full name, birthdate and addresses which is where I drew the line. Said I had rung 119 and asked for PDF copy of vaccine passport which I had not! Hung up on them
Was told I had contacted them about vaccine.Fully vaccinated and had booster so told them they had made a mistake.Have blocked number anyway
It's NHS records. I had a call back from this number after querying my vacination record. They will ask for name / DOB / address, where you had vaccine and what the batch numbers were.
I had not called 119 and have been fully vaccinated. I have had two calls from this number. The first, I missed. The second time a man called Abdul said he was responding to my 119 call and asked for my full name and date of birth. I’m afraid I did not feel happy about this and hung up on him.
Called back and the voicemail is an automated NHS voice saying it is 119 following up about a case I opened, and that they will contact 3 times and then drop the case. Advised that I call 119 for further info so seems legit.
Threatened me when I told her I had been vaccinated
Saying didn’t have vaccine. Have to report them
This is the Vaccination Data Resolution Service which is a branch of NHS 119 for the NHS Covid Pass. They will be calling as you will have recently called 119 and been referred to the VDRS and they will be giving you a follow up call about your vaccine information.
