I think this was a scam, saying they were from O2 and offering me a big discount on my deal - but first I needed to open an email from them and put in my bank card details to "re-authenticate" my direct debit. I did not, I hung up and they have rung me back 4 more times so far.
Phone reports it as a scam so not answered.
