Genuine call from EE, had issues on the website trying to upgrade and they called to offer support.
I had bought extra data for my phone and they were just following up. They described perfectly the previous conversation I'd had when I called EE. I now bought the 'on the go' package because I'd said I would think about it before. Genuine call.
Caller said they're from EE following up on request for a new phone or SIM card for a mobile or tablet. When I said we had done neither of these things, he apologised and said they must have been given wrong information. Not convinced it's EE though, as they have quite distinct telephone manner and greetings. More likely to be 3rd party that EE have passed details onto.
It's EE calling, had three missed calls very close together no voicemail but from looking up on the internet I found out its ee no scam or anything like that.
They keep ringing me. I'm abroad and if it's EE they know this. Have blocked them as they keep waking me up in the night.
Called several times this week. I am abroad for the next few months. These are nuisance calls.
It's EE - not a scam as it says in a comment above - the number is listed on their website.
