Very strong Indian accent - thought he said 'cancelling' when he actually said 'transferring' money from Sky (with whom I have never had a contract) to my bank! He asked me to confirm my date of birth so I gave a bogus date, then he asked for my bank card number. I was laughing all the way through, but he still persisted, "No mam, this is not a scam". Usually they put the phone down on me, but it was wasting valuable time so I wished him a Merry Xmas and hung up.
