Dubious number / nuisance call - I picked up but (I) didn't speak. Line went dead. If it was a genuine person calling (me) they would either check if I am at the end of the line, or leave a message.

I live in Kettering this number rung me wasn't able to answer did 1471 this number is screened by sky talk shield said my name pressed 5 all i got was an engagement tone so i don't know who it is.

Took a while for the dialer to pass to an operator. Then the man said that my life insurance is up for review. When I asked why it is up for review, he hung up.
