Caller said they were "in my area" and could conduct a damp survey. I asked who they were and they said Weatherproof of Tamworth. I had some unsolicited calls from this company some years ago. I asked if they had heard of the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). The caller said all their called numbers were "checked". I said my number was registered with TPS and again I was told that all their numbers were "checked" . I terminated the call.

It was about property damp proofing and would not take no for a answer , I do not want my property checked for damp, young lady when asked what is the name of your company she hung up

Said they were Weather Shield and going to be in my area checking for rising damp, and would be in my road, so wanting to come to my house. I said I was not interested. Called on my home phone.
