scam call re spurious damp survey same script as the same call received 10 days previous when I was invited to enjoy my time on the toilet at the end of the call after declining their "kind offer" number b;locked told to take off list but repeats after 10 days

These people called my elderly parents on Friday and pushed them into accepting an appointment to look at damp. I tried to call to cancel but their number was permanently engaged. On the day itself they rang my parents who were too nervous to say don’t come. They rang an hour later and I was there and said we’d changed our minds they hung up. I think their name is Weather something. Very annoying as I now don’t know if they’ll turn up this afternoon. I assume not.

Got a recorded message left on the answerphone from this number giving options to "press 1 to authorise this visa payment, press 2 to speak to our fraud department". Obviously fraudulent.

Targetting property owners and telling them they need their entire house's damp course repairing starting with a scare monger quote of £15,000 but when you say no, they drastically reduce the figure till someone is gullible enough to say yes. IGNORE THEIR PESISTENCE TELL THEM YOUR REPORTING THEM TO THE NATIONAL NUISSANCE CALL DATABASE.
