Automated voice (as above) saying 2 suspicious payments made from my bank, one of them for £1000. Press 1.... etc (as above). This call would really scare an older person.

Same attempt to contact as above, thou managed to get thru even thou 'call guardian' blocking system in place.
Method of contact and message details is the same as first comment above. Clearly criminals after bank details so they can robb accounts. So beware! Report to relevant authorities!
Automated voice message pretending to be from my bank, (didn't name the bank). Said 2 payments were attempted from my account this morning. Press 1 if I authorised them, 2 if I didn't. I hung up and phoned my bank. They said it was a common scam and thet had I pressed 1 or 2, the call would have been transferred to the scammer who would try and get my bank details. DO NOT PRESS ANYTHING....JUST HANG UP!
