Answer the call and after askig twice someone started to say something about my contract and if I wanted to do some... I don't know anything else coz I just say "you can contact me by email or letter, thanks" and hung up. Scam, be aware
Missed call from this number , googled as didn't recognise number and wasn"t expecting any calls and found comments here. Blocked number
Called and said they were from ‘phone house’ and then I hung up. No idea who they are as I’ve not dealt with a company of that name before.
Had missed call from this number as I didn't recognise it I googled phone number as my phone was saying potential fraud or spam number blocked number
called me a minute ago just to not speak when i answered and hung up
They just spam called me twice saying they were from a company called “phone house company”. I’ve never dealt with them before, I hung up the second time, wouldn’t really trust it unless you’re familiar with carphone warehouse.
would not put the phone down Said they were fonehouse, and also carphone warehouse
Thanks for that. I've just received this call too but there was nobody on the other end. I'm not even with o2 anyway.
Just had a phone call on the O2 number 0344 8090202 telling me my monthly bill was being reduced and I'd receive an email with all the details. Then got a TXT message and they asked if I had got the txt message. I 'accidently' hung up and found an O2 message advising I would get the one-time passcode I had requested shortly. Straight away the passcode message arrived including the line "NEVER share this code, including with O2 staff". Almost immediately I got a call from 01825 222015. I very rarely answer numbers I do not recognise. A quick Google search turned up various posts reporting scammers are spoofing the O2 number so my advise, DON'T ASSUME IT'S O2 and NEVER EVER GIVE A PASSCODE YOU RECEIVE IF YOU DIDN'T REQUEST IT.

Constant calling, especially early evening. I have ignored the calls and started declining them, but they still call...
This call was from scammers claiming to be from EE saying I may qualify for a 30% discount off my bill for the next...
Got a text- it's from Scrumbles cat food. Link leads to their website. All good.
Indian guy with thick accent pretending to be from o2 and virgin media. Hung up abruptly when questioned.
