Claimed directors would know what it was about, said his name was Luke Webb from Webb. When asked what it was relating too he said phase 2 completion of the network. When I advised him we have our own IT department that looks after that, he was rude and his final words were "good luck with that".

A male called in, saying he was called 'Luke Webb' asking for two of our directors by name, saying they would 'know who he was if we just said Luke Webb was calling'. He would not give me the company name and tried to get me to give the directors mobile numbers out. Also lied about working from home, you could clearly hear he was in an office environment.

Said they were bco and looking for how many landlines we had and who were the directors of company, not selling apparently. Reckoned they did it for the telephone exchanged and called every year... Quite strange really

Called asking to speak to Director of company, he would not give a company name and just said his name was 'Luke Webb' and that the director would know who he is by name! Director had never heard of him!

Asked for someone in office by name, wouldn't say what company they were calling from. Belched down the phone while on hold and then said they'd try again later and hung up when questioned again about where they were calling from.

Asked for someone and then hung up when i said there wasn't anyone here by that name, probably spam/ telemarketing
