01823 746158 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Telemarketer trying to sell advertising for a local "planning handbook" seemed desperate to try and speak to a director. Not incredibly pushy but tried their best to explain their product to me despite explaining having done similar things in the past and not having much response they tried to palm it off as another company doing a similar thing. If I'm honest, when a google search to a landline doesn't bring up any company credentials I'm immediately suspicious and I am unsure if this was legitimate or not. Caller seemed oddly surprised that I had no interest in biting the carrot they were dangling but after shutting them down a few times they relented and I ended the call. I would have to say this felt quite suspicious and probably has very little to do with any council themselves.
