Received a spam call from this number. Claimed to be from Paypal wanting to discuss a £500 Amazon payment. Blocked the number

This number started calling after I blocked another scam number 01841 370006 and they called several times, blocked but what number will they call from next!?? I did answer 01841 370006 the other day and there was the delay and then sounded quite noisy in the background, I hung up, I'd since read comments on that number too, SCAM

Said he was from housing (as if I was in rented/local authority property) & asked if I had any damp, mould etc issues. I terminated the call politely.
