Didn't answer, but my phone warned me it's a suspected spam call and with a phone number like this, I think it's very likely.

Indian accent. Said from O2 and I’d get 40%discount on my bill from now. Sent me six digit codes to read back. I made up a number which wasn’t valid. I said it must be a scam and hung up.
