Unsolicited spam call from a windows and conservatory company that interrupted my day. Time wasting skanks.

This number calls me (ex-directory) very frequently. I never answer as I do not know the number, it has become a nuisance. How can I stop these unwanted calls.

Called while I was out. CallSafe (TalkTalk's call screening) kicked in and asked who was calling. Somebody spoke but I couldn't hear what they were saying and no further message was left.
