Lady called about loft insulation and said I was eligible for a UK grant. She was obviously reading from a script. Asked lots of intrusive questions. When she asked about my age I queried what my age had to do with the state of my loft insulation and put the phone down.

Someone called Gill with a foreign accent rang regarding lift insulation. They addressed me by my surname. Call blocked but 1 of several similar calls recently about lift insulation.
