Got a call from this number wishing to speak to my son. caller said they were from his Building Society. when I asked which BS this was the caller said she could not reveal that. I terminated the call but I am disappointed in Nationwide. Callers MUST identify themselves.

Called Nationwide Building Society after receiving this call and refusing to answer any questions as the caller was vague and it sounded like a scam/phishing call. Nationwide confirmed that it was indeed from Nunwood Consulting in order to conduct a customer satisfaction survey and apologized that the caller had not identified himself. I lodged a formal complaint with Nationwide about this and the adviser there agreed it was unprofessional and said they had been receiving a lot of complaints about these calls lately.

I was waiting for an important call and a call from this number called. They wanted to speak to my husband regarding his building society account. When I asked which building society she would not say! I think we have had calls from this number before. We are registered with TPS but it seems they can ignore the rules.
