Another one from Twilio Ireland who are using a large number of UK numbers to route spam calls. They never leave a message so see if your phone supports call screening from unknown numbers. That way they don’t bother you.
I have had calls from different numbers around the UK all linked to Twilio Ireland UK. There is never a message left. Not sure if it is a scam or not. And, I have never heard of the company in question. I don't know how many offices they apparently have, but, I have blocked at least six numbers relating to them. I suspect it is a scam.
