Same as the above. I worked for an other union and it is very easy for an administrator to remove a telephone from the database yet despite frequent requests Unite don't seem to be able to do so. It is very annoying.

This call is from a life insurance company saying that they are acting on behalf of Unite the union! i have advised them that i am contacting unite to complain as there is no one on the end of the phone when you answer
