I ignored this number when they called as it was unknown,I Googled it and felt it was a scam, I also got a text message from another number saying they are zinc group(listing the above number for me to call) as my account had been passed to zinc from royal bank of Scotland?? . I have never had an account with RBS and never been in debt. I contacted the FCA to see if they are registered and if it's a scam. The phone number was different so I called the registry number, giving none of my details, they linked my phone number to an account giving me the name of an unknown male, when i said I don't know that person, they said I won't get any further messages/calls. The stress these caused was horrible. They did apologise but a huge error to put innocent people through. I would suggest contacting the FCA if you feel it's a scam to get further information etc. Hopefully never hear from Zinc again.
