A woman named as Emma calling me asking if I am a home owner and my energy efficency. I did not interact and allowed her to hang up

For the past two weeks I have received calls from this number and other numbers wanting to talk about Energy Efficiency. If I ask any questions they ignore my question and then ask another similar question eventually they cut me off. I would prefer them not to call at all
