Progress housing calling to tell me my elderly parents smoke alarm was going off and they had not responded to calls so fire brigade had been dispatched. New smoke alarms had been recently installed in the property and dad had left lid of kettle open so steam gsd triggered alarm

Not spam. Called to tell me my elderly mother’s smoke alarm had gone off and they had dispatched the fire service. I was then able to attend after the fire crew and check my mother was ok. The call was from a service we subscribe to.
