They were asking if I needed any assistance with xe money transfer. I asked how can I verify that you're legit as it is not very often that a company calls you right after you create an account. They then respectfully told me that they would send me an email with the contact details if I needed any help. The email then arrived from [email protected] and the phone numbers were exactly those I saw on the official website.
