I am receiving repeated emails asking me to pay GBP 24.13 "incurred customs charges" including VAT, Duties, and Admin Fees. Considering I live in Dubai and ordered shoes from a UK website for delivery to my home here, VAT charges were a red flag. This appears to be a scam.

Had a No reply email saying it was HM Customs and I had incurred charges for parcel import duties. Phone number on the bottom was 01753210281. I just ignored it. It's a scam.

This caller sent a card to my address reflecting the number 01753210381 with another number PNG 559 782 467 27 they claimed they were HM Customs and wanted me to clear a parcel. When I phoned, the electronic voice certainly didn't sound as if the number was official. I hung up and have ignored it.
