The call is an automatic call from Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital inviting one to press a number on the telephone keypad to indicate that you will be an attending an appointment or will not be able to attend. The second call came through on the landline, but curiously I tried to reply to the first call which came through to my mobile, but it did not connect. Hope this is useful
