Claimed to be refunding me as I had overpaid my Sky bill. Asked for my date of birth so I told her to get an honest job and stop ripping people off, she should be ashamed.

five minutes ago received a phone call saying a gambling debt was being put on hold for payment until i pressed 1 to speak to an adviser. did nothing and phone went dead

Told ne he was calling from a telephone company and that I was going to get £202 refund. I told him I didn't come down in the last shower and I hung up.
