Called 3 x last Tuesday. Call blocker cuts in and asks for them to hold whilst it checks with me. They put the phone down. Sky Shield blocks calls if they are not on the good list - a definite winner. Previous to using Sky Shield I would get up to 6 scam calls per day. None in over 4 years so it is winning Scam Call deterrent! included FOC with line rental - much better than spending lots on phone blocker handsets which were hit & miss

They i initially tell you they are from a call blocking service representing all the major companies and an upgrade will automatically happen the next day. They then for some bizarre reason have to transfer you to a senior adviser who is supposed to give you a helpline number only but all they want from you is details off your bank statement which at that point I informed them I was ending the call and told them you have no rights asking for bank details this is a scam

offering call blocking service even when you say they are not your provider. will tell you its not an issue and they can block all spam calls. Im a telco engineer so played along for a while. Told them to go away before i got to any mention of payment.
