young guy - said he was from Vodafone, his name was Callum ? professed he would look into my account to see whether he could save me money. Over the last 10 years with Vodafone , this is would be a first . yes - scamming I think

Yeah, called 3 times - no voicemail, I'm with Vodaphone as well. Looked at this - now blocked. I texted them and asked who they were, no response.
Claimed to be from Vodafone, sent a verification code to my phone and asked me to tell him it so he could type it in at his end. But that would have proved he was me which wouldn't have been true. If he called me from Vodafone then he already knew he was connected to the phone in question.
Call dropped out.
Called 3 times today, missed call and no message left. Checked on here, now blocked!

It’s spam, they call you as Vodafone but they are not . Don’t give any details.
Caller ask to speak to the account holder, said he was from Vodafone. Hung Up
