01709 242687 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

They are vodafone for business customers they have go ask dpa question cos you could be anyone. Got a good deal too

I'm pretty sure it is vodafone. The caller said they were sending me an access code. That code came through to me from vodafone (my network provider).

Also received a call from this number - a male voice difficult to understand and wanting personal details. Tried to reassure me by sending a 4 digit code and asking me to repeat it back, but I said to him, of course you know the code - you just sent it to me, so how does repeating a code you sent back to you prove that you are not a fraudster? He then hung up.

Male voice that was hard to understand. Said he was from Vodafone but all he was trying to do was get personal information. I tried to get his name and details so i could report to the police but he hung up. BEWARE

They said they were Vodafone

Rang me 3 times - I rang back and a woman answered “hello” after a small tune played - definitely not legit!! Probably got charged for the callback

Having a caller who’s a fat-tongued moron doesn’t help their changes of success (which is a good thing). The sooner they are caught and jailed the better.

Called and said they are from Vodafone offering to save money. Fraud as they want your personal details.

Called but left no message - its a scam

This is no Vodafone, confirmed on the official website. Hang up and block

Did not recognise number Blocked

Pre-recorded message saying it was from HMRC. At that point I hung up so no idea what the message was. I blocked the number and see that they have tried calling 8 times according to my blocked number list.

called me 5 times in the past day always get calls from rotherham town centre so just ignore them now as they’re always spam

Called on my mobile, claim they are from Vodaphone and can offer me upgrades / discount. Wanted my security details so I hung up. They offered to send me a link code to verify their number - but how does prove any avoidance of scam !!!!!!!

This is not Vodafone be very aware they are asking for personal details, Block the number and do not answer

Keep calling and hanging up when call is answered, blocked number now

I have had this number call me several times on 16th February, 17th February. On both days it stated potential fraud number on my mobile and I refused to answer. However they called me again 18th February and somehow the potential fraud is lifted but I still refused to answer. They continue to call me leaving me no messages, if it was legit they would leave a message to call them back.

Supposedly someone from Vodaphone offering discounts but wanting to confirm personal details.

Claim they are vodaphone for business customers.
