They called, asked for my husband, didn't say who's calling. I guess they took the details from the vet but they shouldn't have hung up and after me asking who's calling.

This is vetsure pet insurance. They are a genuine company and not trying to scam. I missed a call and they left a clear message identifying themselves and the reason for their call. I had applied online and wasn’t expecting a courtesy call to check that I was happy with the service so far.
