John Lewis Hone insurance calling me about a query I raised with them. Genuine call
Number 01702939501 called my mobile on 17-08-2023 @ 16:34. Number unknown to me. Female voice (young sounding, English- estuarine accent) stating:- "Good afternoon, my name is Ruby, I'm calling from the management team here at John Lewis Home Insurance. I can't get through now, I'll call another time. Thank you." I checked with claims department at JL Home Insurance and they do not know this number and said they would never leave a message like that. Coincidentally, I have recently contacted this company. Therefore , I am treating this call as an attempted at fraud and the number as dangerous.
