Scottish call centre. Answered as it’s a similar number to our local NHS service… used my maiden name, not used for 15 years and from ‘Network Solutions’. Could barley hear for noise in the background but not legitimate and not a call I was expecting

Guy rang me today and when I answered was laughing with his friends. I thought It was a prank call, super creepy. Then when I asked what the hell he wanted and that phoning people to just laugh like a creep he arrogantly told me not to be rocky to which I cut him off and blocked him. Sounded like he was in an office. I'd say he's more than likely a highly unprofessional salesman that has zero clue how to open a sale or respect those he cold calls or he's a scammer.
