They called saying that my property had come up on the energy register as having the old type of roof insulation. Having had a few similar calls this year, I simply asked the caller (Nicki) what the address of the property was - at which point she immediately hung up. This was exactly what happened on two previous calls ... clearly a complete scam, particularly as the insulation in my property is a combo of PIR boards and glass wool.
