Foreign gentleman Allegedly O2 advising me they were reducing my monthly bill. Said he would send me two text messages to answer back to him to verify. Told him in no certain terms were to go and that O2 don’t do this.

I answered and it was a heavily accented lady and I have a hearing impairment and I couldn't understand may of what she was saying. She really kept freezing up entirely and waiting for me to explicitly say ok before proceeding. She said she was going to transfer me to someone to assist me so I just turned the volume down and ignored it and she hung up shortly afterwards.

Pretending to be Carphone Warehouse. Kept them on the phone up until the credit card numbers, but unfortunately she didn't like me saying random number as my sort code. :) Please be careful!
