Indian sounding lady rang about a boiler saying she was calling from Bournmouth and was employed by a firm called 'Home Service' or something like that. This is definitely a scam - this is about the 4th time that these scammers have called and seem to be calling from a number of different locations - one call was from Northern Ireland. I have 'call guard' so they come up as an annouced call. If I answer the phone rather than my wife I immediately switch them to the answer phone without talking to them and they never leave a message.

Boiler insurance for a house I don’t live in. Definitely a scam.

A man with a foreign accent in wales regarding Boiler insurance asking for bank details. Sounded like a scam, so I hung up after he quoted my address and post code.

I have aN LPOA for a friend. This number called this morning about boiler insurance and drains insurance. Indian lady who quickly rang off when I said she had already got from another firm I tried to ring back but the call failed. The number was traced to a town about 1 hours drive from here. It’s a town in Wales called Bala. There is no call centre there I am sure!! .
