'hello I'm Gabby, your local area energy consultant. I understood you're the homeowner, is that correct' Me: "which are is that"? 'Her' (computer?).... Silence, then carried on with her speech.. so I hung up and will block. This phone service is apparently used by scammers. I'd avoid.
