I called it back - "Thank you for calling National Helpline" then selection of options for speak to operator, speak to accounts, press 9 to no longer receive calls. I pressed9, then followed a weird American robot voice saying they'll call you back. I believe it's a debt line. I don't have any lines of credit, which would suggest it's a scam.

Rang me from coleshill . Don't know anyone from there nor was I expecting anyone from there calling . My phone said suspected spam ..
